The Badlands National Park is a favorite of ours. The landscape lent us a bountiful source of photo opportunities with its various terrain and wildlife. The Visitor Center was a wealth of information on the history, geology and fossil collection throughout its history. Do not miss this national treasure.

In addition to the Badlands, there is so much to see in western South Dakota. Please refer to the “Don’t Miss” section below. Two weeks may not be be a sufficient amount of time to see it all.
